• BBA approved: Certified under BBA (02/3944) for guaranteed quality and reliability.
• Modern design: Makes access roof windows look the same as standard flat roof windows.
• Glazing construction: Equipped with DU6 highly energy efficient triple glazed unit featuring excellent insulation parameters achieving a U-Value of 0.74 W/m²K
• Internal finish: Bright white uPVC for a clean and moisture-resistant finish.
• topSafe security & safety: Features reinforced hinges, secure keep, and a steel slat on the lower sash, achieving at least Class III safety under EN13049 standards.
• External uPVC finish: The upstand is RAL9010. The step and profiles are in black RAL9005, and the glazing edge colour is called the darkness effect which comes from RAL 9005 (black).
• uPVC frame: Multi-chamber PVC profiles strengthened from the inside with galvanised steel profiles. Roof compatibility: These windows are suitable for roof pitches ranging from 2° to 15°, providing versatility for a wide range of applications. They can be set on an additional 15cm high XRD base, which raises the window, making it suitable for mounting on different roofs, such as green ones. If needed, you can connect up to two XRD bases.
• Opening features: Special hinges and a functional opening system used in the access roof light ensure easy sash opening up to 80° and protect them against accidental closing. Their profiles are also fitted with anti-slip covers.
• Accessories: The window design allows the installation of both internal and external accessories. The external awning blind protects the room from overheating, while internal accessories provide protection from intense sunlight and enhance interior design.
